A professional company specialized in manufacture waste tires depolymerization machine, waste plastics depolymerization machine and waste oil distillation machine.

Our boss Mr.Guo has 20 years’ experience in this field, at first beginning he also do oil refining business, but during his years’ experience he found that the machine has so much disadvantages, so he begin to improve the machine as his oil refining experience, after that he begin to produce waste tires and plastics pyrolysis plant. So almost each part of our machine obtained a patent.

Working process of our waste tires depolymerization machine

First, put waste tires into reactor then set fire, when temperature reach a certain Celsius degree, the solid tires will be depolymerize into gases by the high temperature, it is oil gases, these gases cannot be cooling down through our professional condensers then collected into oil tanks. Some oil gases like Methane, Ethane…cannot be cooling down under normal temperature and more pressure, will be recycled into fire furnace heating reactor.

So, whole process no secondary pollution.

 

10ton waste tires whole process working time:

2 hours for loading 10 tons waste tires

4 hours for preheating the reactor

10-12 hours for the tire become gas and cooling become oil

2 hour for cooling the reactor

1 hour for discharging the carbon black

1 hours for removing the tires steel

Auto feeder

This is patent device, loading raw materials into reactor. 50Ton Hydraulic pressure, each time could load 500kg raw materials into reactor. For example 10ton tires, 2 hours could finish loading, but if by manpower will need 5-6hours. If your tires are less than 1.4meters, then no need to shred could load into reactor directly.

Besides, one batch finish could begin another batch directly no need wait until reactor completely cooling down. Because no need manpower go inside to put tires, in this way not only safety, but also energy saving.

Reactor

This is the main part of our machine, its quality is very important, if reactor broken then whole process should be stopped. The material we use is 16mm Q345R Boiler plate; the service life could last 500-750 batches. Maybe you heard the service life can be 3-5 years, I want to say that is really not reasonable, as we know the thickness of the steel plate is just 14mm or 16mm, fire will directly heating it, when machine operate some time, the steel plate will surely oxidize. But for example if per year you let your machine work 12 months of course the service life will be shorter than working 10 months, so we just calculated as batches that will be more accurate.

 

Cooling system
We have three stages cooling system, the first stage is cooling pipe.

It has two layers, outside covered by water jacket; it will cool down the heavy oil gases collected into first oil tank.

Each machine we will supply two condensers. Each condenser inside has numbers of small tubes, circulating water will covered these tubes, oil gases go through small tubes in this way cooling down it. Maybe others will tell you that the small tubes inside the more the better. As we know the oil rate is related with cooling system, but not only, raw material and temperature control are also very important. But the most important one should be your material not cooling system.

The third stage is two small vertical condensers, it will cooling down the residual gases.

  

 Oil-Water separator

This is patent device. Have two functions, first separate the oil and water, as we know oil is lighter

than water, so it will flowing on the water and collected into oil tank.

 

Second is water sealing. Inside has water, it will avoid the oil gases back to reactor. If oil gases back

to reactor it will be very dangerous.

 

As we all know, if high temperature, flammable gases and oxygen all these three items meet together

then blast will occur. During the whole process, temperature inside reactor can be reached 500 Celsius

degrees, when discharge carbon black in case of oxygen come inside, then plus flammable gases will

cause blast. But if just high temperature and oxygen no flammable, then can not blast. So we design this

safety device.

                                                     

 Anti-Back fire device

This is patent device. Have two functions, first recycling flammable gases back to fire furnace heating reactor. Once oil gas come out, then will produce flammable gas, as we know oil come out will last around 10-12 hours, so during this period, just use flammable gas heating reactr is ok, saving your fuel material.  

 

Why flammable gas produced go with oil gas ?

 

Because these flammable gas mostly are Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane, Hydrogen, they can not be cooling down under normal pressure and normal temperature.  

 

Second is water sealing same as oil-water separator.
